These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the qrmenunow.com website and the QR menu and ordering platform ("Service") provided by QRMenuNow ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
QRMenuNow provides a digital menu and ordering platform that allows restaurants, cafes, bars, and hotels ("Venues") to create QR-code-based menus, receive orders, and manage related functionality such as waiter-call requests.
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized use.
Venues are solely responsible for the accuracy of the menu content, prices, descriptions, and images they upload to the Service, including compliance with any applicable food labeling, allergen disclosure, or pricing laws in their jurisdiction. We do not verify or guarantee the accuracy of menu content uploaded by Venues.

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by QRMenuNow and protected by intellectual property laws. Venues retain ownership of the menu content they upload but grant us a limited license to host, display, and process that content as necessary to provide the Service.
The Service may integrate with third-party tools such as payment processors (e.g. Stripe) or messaging platforms (e.g. WhatsApp). Your use of those third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QRMenuNow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including certain consumer protection laws in the EU/EEA and applicable US state laws.
You agree to indemnify and hold QRMenuNow harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice, except where immediate termination is necessary to prevent harm or comply with law. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence (including EU/EEA member states or US states) provide otherwise and cannot be waived by agreement.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
